To express gratitude for our colleagues' hard work, the company organized a three-day team tour in Guangxi. Due to the unique nature of the non-standard equipment engineering industry, some colleagues had already participated in the first batch of team-building activities during the September 2019 trip. In December, we seized the last moments of 2020 to launch the second batch of the Guangxi team tour.

Smooth Arrival at the Destination

Xanadu 

We arrived at our destination smoothly, ready to explore a "land of idyllic beauty" and trace the poetic vision of Tao Yuanming, while immersing ourselves in the cultural heritage left by history.

Yuanming Villa is located within a Xanadu (or "Arcadian Retreat"), where visitors can experience ancient craftsmanship and techniques such as winemaking, papermaking, printing, bamboo carving, woodcutting, and pottery. Here, the wisdom of the Chinese nation is vividly displayed.

Ancient wine brewing

At this stop, we arrived at an ancient ethnic minority village. Here, we admired the stilt houses that embody local folklore and customs, listened to the guide explain their history, and experienced the local culture, as well as the ancient, peaceful, leisurely, and carefree life of the villagers.

The company has currently organized two team-building activities. Due to the specific nature of the industry, some colleagues were unable to participate due to work reasons. Some are working against the clock to follow up on projects at off-site construction sites, while others were assigned urgent tasks just before the activities. For these colleagues who missed the events due to work commitments, the company has decided to organize a third batch of team-building activities.
