The complete set of production equipment for the 3rd automated, informatized and intelligent production line for automatic cleaning, enameling, drying and firing of water heater inner tanks of Wuhan Haier Water Heater Co., Ltd., which is undertaken by our company, has started the processes of shipment, installation and debugging.

This automated enamel production line is the 13th automated enamel production line of this kind provided by our company to the production bases of Haier Group's water heaters.

Project Introduction

On June 10th, 2020, with its strong corporate strength, rich experience in the enamel industry, advanced technology, excellent product quality, high production efficiency and high - quality after - sales service, TIMS  Group signed a contract for the "Automatic Cleaning and Enameling Line for Water Heater Inner Tanks" with Wuhan Haier Water Heater Co., Ltd. of Haier Group.

The "Automatic Cleaning and Enameling Line for Water Heater Inner Tanks" adopts processes and technologies such as fully unmanned automatic spray cleaning pretreatment, automatic loading and unloading by robots, automatic enameling by robots, drying and firing. The intelligent management technologies include the real-time collection and transmission of big data of equipment operation parameters such as production capacity, parameters of each process section, energy consumption, etc., all of which are invention patent technologies of our company. This project has many advantages, such as high automation, informatization and intelligence, high production efficiency of equipment, good production environment, low comprehensive energy consumption, environmental protection, mixed production of workpieces of various specifications without the need for model change, and small floor space.

In order to meet the construction schedule and ensure production, after undertaking this project, our company promptly established a project team composed of core technical engineers. On the premise of ensuring product quality, we made every effort to promote the early shipment and installation of the equipment, facilitate early production, and create value for customers as soon as possible.

The sweltering heat of summer has consumed our sweat, yet it has ignited the fighting passion of the members of TIMS . Within less than two months since undertaking the project, we have prepared a large amount of supplies required for the early stage of the project, and completed two shipments successively on August 2nd and August 4th.
