Welcome Electrolux Customers to Tims

Thanks to TIMS Group's strong reputation in enamel production lines and painting production lines within the home appliance industry, it has attracted the attention of many overseas enterprises. Following the factory audit by U.S.-based GEA customers on August 7th, who then onboarded us as their global supplier, the Electrolux Group quickly followed suit. Through emails, Electrolux requested TIMS to develop technical proposals based on their specifications. After preliminary communications, Electrolux dispatched representatives to audit our manufacturing base and negotiate projects on August 19th, warmly received by Mr. Zhu Haixiao, Chairman and General Manager of our company.

First, the visiting customers watched promotional videos of TIMS Group, as well as videos, animations, and real-scenario footages of various high-end automated production lines, to gain a deeper understanding of our capabilities.

Subsequently, Mr. Zhu Haixiao led them on a tour of our production workshops, allowing close observation of TIMS's product manufacturing processes.

Next, the visitors viewed our patented product—the automatic online detection system for surface defects in water heater inner tanks. This system can automatically scan the inner tanks and visually display detection results via video.

Finally, a technical exchange meeting was held. Both sides conducted detailed, in-depth, and comprehensive discussions on the project's technical solutions. The customers expressed high satisfaction with our proposals and requested the next-step quotation process to begin.

This exchange was highly fruitful. Electrolux acknowledged and affirmed our company's hardware facilities, production models, OS management system, and the technical solutions developed for them. TIMS Group will provide Electrolux with products featuring reasonable pricing, stable quality, advanced technology, and excellent service. Moving forward, TIMS will further broaden its global vision, expand into international markets, and strive for a stronger global presence.
